Steps to Start a Voice or Video Call

Access the Messaging Interface:

Click on the Messaging icon located in the top navigation bar to open your inbox.
Select a Conversation:

Choose an existing conversation with the person you wish to call, or initiate a new conversation by searching for their name and sending a message.

Initiate the Call:

Within the conversation window, locate the call icons at the top:
Voice Call: Represented by a phone icon.
Video Call: Represented by a video camera icon.
Click the desired icon to start the call.

Grant Permissions:

Your browser may prompt you to allow access to your microphone and/or camera. Click "Allow" to proceed.

Conduct the Call:

Once connected, you can converse in real-time.
Use on-screen controls to mute/unmute your microphone, enable/disable your camera, or end the call.
